How can I fix my problem? Yellow ink appearing on my prints.
Hi, guys, any idea how I can fix the problem in the pictures below. It's a Lexmark C543DN. I have replaced the yellow cartridge and cleaned the inside of the printer but when I print (even if in black and white) I get a streak of thick yellow along the side of the paper and the yellow powder leaks inside the printer, as you'll see...

Factory Reset Lexmark x463de
Just had a Lexmark x463de dropped on me. I have no idea what any of the local passwords are on the device. Does anyone know how I can factory reset this printer without knowing the password? I've heard there may be a jumper on the motherboard but I have no idea how to get to that.

How can I make my Lexmark Prospect Pro 205 print
Dear Experts:
I have a Lexmark Prospect Pro 205 of which I've installed the original drivers on my Windows 7.
When I send a command to print it seems to be printing but the page comes out all blank.
The cartridge is original and new.
Can anyone tell me what I can to fix this??

Lexmark MS317 auto duplex how to turn it off
We have a few Lexmark MS312 ,and MS317's evertime some one prints something it gets duplexed. I have looked at the settings -- Finishing Menu but there is no way that I can see to turn this off. I don't need things to autoduplex.

Lexmark Mx310de Scan to Network Folder Issue
Hi Everyone,
So one of my clients has an Mx310dn on their desk. I just dropped a windows 10 machine in, and for the life of me I can not figure out why the scan to network folder refuses to work.
Account is setup as a local account, scan folder is under C:/scans being shared with permissions so even a guest should be able to open it. Computer is part of a larger network with no domain controller, so all computers default to "workgroup"
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I almost forgot: I even messed with the network sharing settings, like using simpler encryption and enabling password sharing instead of homegroup sharing.

Lexmark T642 Networking or Firmware Issue?
Hello All,
We've had a t642 flag up with an issue that is puzzling me while trying to t-shoot another issue. Our printers are connected to the network via ethernet. When you turn the printer on it loads up as normal however when I go to the web page (Via IP) to check out its details it will crash after 15-20 seconds with a 404 not found error and the printer will go offline in devices and printers.
It doesn't help that the LCD doesn't work so I cant see if any errors come up on the printer itself but the light never goes red so I am led to believe that aspect is ok. I need to access the webpage to see if a firmware update is possible.
I have brought the printer back to my office and set it up on its own mini network with an unmanaged switch and the error persists to happen in the same way that it did at the other office on a completely...

Envelopes getting jammed.
I am working on an old Lexmark t630. The envelopes are not feeding correctly. A second envelope is being picked up before the first one is done thus causing the envelopes to get jammed. There is no issue printing to paper and it appears that the same pickup rollers are used. Anyone have any ideas as to what else it could be? Thanks.

How to disable broadcasting on lexmark printer?
I can't seem to find the setting on the printer to disable. Disabled mDNS but it still shows up. I know on Xerox you disable WSD. To explain better...When I go to the add a printer dialog, I don't want windows to find the printer through DNS broadcasting of any kind. I want it to just show up from the print server

Markvision software--where input printer credentials?
We have dozens of Lexmark printers and I installed Lexmark Markvision software to remotely manage and reboot them. The printers are all listed in the Markvision software. But I cannot manage the printers because the software does not have the printer credentials in it. I have searched the Markvision manual and the software and cannot find anywhere to input the credentials (password) for the printer. The event log shows "Unable to audit printer: Invalid credentials" and reboot requests fail. Can someone tell me how to configure the Markvision software so that it has the credentials for the printers? The printers are set up to only require a password and not a username. The printer password does not have the complexity or length required of the Markvision software, so I cannot make the password to get into the Markvision software match...

"invalid factory configuration"
I have a Lexmark MX511de printer returned from a customer. Everything works except for the error message on Ready state: "invalid factory configuration". I tried wiping non-volatile memory and a factory reset. I also tried by updating the latest firmware. Nothing has worked. I have the factory service manual and nothing is noted for this error. Has anybody had this same experience, or any knowledge on how to resolve the issue?

Setup network scanning for Lexmark MX321
Has anyone had an experience setting up network (SMB) scanning on a Lexmark MX321. I've been trying to set this up, but not seeing anywhere on the printer to actually configure, either on the web interface or the printer itself. It is on network and i can see it just fine.

Troubleshooting print error
I am trying to install a Lexmark M3150 printer on my server so I can deploy it via GPO. For some reason I am unable to print a test page after installation. I can access the printer via http from the server, which is a VM, and I can print to other installed printers, and I can ping the printer, but when I try to print a test page it errors out. I can install the printer by IP from my laptop and print to it with no problem, and was able to do so from another VM on the same physical server, and other users have no problem -- it just seems to be this one printer on this one server. I have already removed and reinstalled the printer with a new driver -- still no luck. Any ideas on how I can diagnose this?

Need help with Lexmark IPSec
Hello, I'm working on seeing what kind of security implementations I can setup on copiers for our customers. Lexmark has a feature to use IPSec for encrypted communication on a network. My VPN experience is limited to what I've studied in Network+/Security+ training. To me it looks like in Lexmark's white paper that they are talking about setting up IPsec for encryption within a LAN network. I've attached the white paper as well as the configuration settings available on current lexmarks.
My question is, is this something that can be setup without setting up IPsec on a central server and if so how would I go about doing it? I'm unable to find anything on Lexmark's website.

Need a multi-function printer / scanner
I need to replace our aging fleet of Dell b2375DNF which have been great to us over the years, however it's time to move on. Specifically I need the feature below for scan to network folder and can't seem to find anything. I have to use this format for an ancient app we have or else they'll hang me by my toes. HP doesn't seem to do this, can anyone make a rec'd? Green guys are welcome here.

Lexmark MS811DN Printer Tray Settings
Hi all,
I'm having a bit of an issue with a printer in one of our departments regarding a Lexmark MS811DN. The issue that the department is having currently is when one of the trays runs out of paper, it automatically prints from the other tray instead of beeping that the paper for that tray is out. When this happens, it causes the papers to come in the wrong orientation. Is there a possible fix from this?

Lexmark x950de - The printer connected to the network does not print with SAP.
I have a new printer Lexmark x950, I connected it to the network, installed the driver on the server, I added it to the SAP system. I have given the name and the result is that the printer prints only from the network and nothing from SAP. I have sent a print command from SAP, but nothing appears in the print queue. Anyone could have a similar situation? I checked the manual and all settings. Unfortunately don't work.

Lexmark E260d "jams" on duplex job.
Hello,
I'm working on a Lexmark E260d. It has duplexed fine in the past on other computers. it's at a new location on different computers. When printing a duplex job it prints the back but then doesn't suck the sheet back in to print the other side. It spits the page completely out into the output bin and then gives a paper jam light.
The duplex unit is installed. The printer config page shows it as being installed. The printer driver on the computer shows it has having a duplex unit.
I've tried on two computers. The first, is Windows 7 x64. I've tried with several different drivers on that computer:
