I replaced a fuser in a T642 and well, you know how it is. You take things apart and have extra pieces when you put them back together.
I'm not sure where the Extension Guide goes. Heres a pic of it.
Not sure if fixing that will fix my next problem, duplexing.
Duplexing was working great before I replaced the fuser assembly with a new OEM one.

When a duplexed print job comes down the line, It picks paper up from the bottom tray, 500 sheet legal, and it makes it up to the top of the printer. It comes out about as far as it used to and then you hear a "click" down in the duplexer tray and then the above error comes on the screen.
I've looked at the duplexing tray sprayed it out with compressed air. I dont see anything broken. Power and drive units line up fine, it all looks seated fine.
Regular, non-duplexed, pages print fine.
Any help would be appreciated. A refurb duplexing unit is about $60. I don't mind doing that as long as the extension guide has no play in this problem!
