Hello,
I have a few Lexmark E260DN's that will stay on for days or weeks without being used. Then they just start randomly restarting. All of the lights on the control panel light up in sequence, it starts to turn, and then repeats the same thing over again until it is powered off. Then after they are powered on, they will work. I had one that I printed over 300 pages without an issue. I let it sit for an hour, I sent a job, and it jammed after about 30 pages. I tried again, and it printed about 15 pages, then 7, then 1. What could possibly be wrong with these printers? They all have about a 20,000 page count. I've tried different toners/photo conductors, USB cables, Network cables, drivers, and computers. The issue follows these printers.
