I have a number of Lexmark MX321/421/521 series printers that have a paper jam in the document feeder error that will not go away. We have tried factory resets, physically taking the printer apart to inspect all the areas a paper jam might happen, you name it we've tried it. I'm thinking possibly a sensor is being tripped but not sure how or if I can bypass it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
