The latest Lexmark firmware was pushed to XM5163 last night and it killed our printers. I called Lexmark support and they were unable to help. The printers have the following error: Programming code adjusting internal ext3 Do not power off", and boots up to the 912.45 error
Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
