Hoping someone can help with this - haven't had any luck so far! I'm a remote support tech - have several users who have Lexmark MX321 printers they are provided for use when they're working over VPN from home. The printers are connected only by USB - no network or email connectivity - they use just to print and scan locally to their laptops. So when they set up the printer, the drivers install with no issues but they can't get past a message on the printer panel - use the embedded web server to configure security settings - the printer has no IP address, so the web server can't be accessed. The printer will just loop back to that setting and they can't get past it.
