I have a Lexmark MX511de printer returned from a customer. Everything works except for the error message on Ready state: "invalid factory configuration". I tried wiping non-volatile memory and a factory reset. I also tried by updating the latest firmware. Nothing has worked. I have the factory service manual and nothing is noted for this error. Has anybody had this same experience, or any knowledge on how to resolve the issue?
