It's been a while and I'm back with something new! I have a site with some recent printer problems via their TOSHIBA e-STUDIO3015AC, and for some reason it randomly loses Internet connection. Not sure on past instances. But, today for example it happened. I confirmed with the on-site contact that there's no power problems. Also, that it has link lights. I thought that was strange so I had him log into the Admin portal, and head to Network > IPv4. According to him, the IP/SM/DG info was there but greyed out? Something I find strange too since it shouldn't in my experience. Anyway, I had him unplug and replug the ethernet cable only for it to come back online seconds later. I'm a tad surprised considering he mentioned rebooting the printer earlier when it happened. Though, nothing changed. I'm starting to wonder if it has...
